• Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with your tracking details.
• We currently ship across all of Egypt.
• Deliveries are made by trusted local couriers.
• In rare cases of delivery delays due to weather or courier scheduling, our team will update you right away.
• Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days, during sales or peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases (receiving, exchanging, or returning).
• Please make sure to inspect your order carefully while the courier is still present.
• Incase of Rejected delivery, Shipping fees are paid to the courier.
• If you wish to exchange or return an item, it must be done directly through the courier or within 3 days of delivery.
